We present to you – Diablo's Mexican Grilled Chicken Sandwich. This slightly updated recipe come from the Meat Church's collection of mouthwatering recipe.  This dish typically calls for Cholula hot sauce, but we decided to take it up a notch and swap out the Cholula for our very own Diablo sauce, adding an exciting burst of heat that perfectly complements the recipe's classic Mexican flavors.

Here's how you can whip up our version of the Mexican Grilled Chicken Sandwich:

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs (substitute with breast meat if preferred)
  • 26 oz can pickled jalapeño peppers (La Costeña)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 8 oz Diablo Dirty Birds Sauce
  • Meat Church Dia De La Fajita seasoning (we used salt, pepper, cayenne, but use whatever spices you want here)

  • 8 buttered & toasted hamburger buns
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
